 AJS can lead the procurement process for addressing identified operational needs.  This includes but is not limited to procurement of logistics services, dedicated transportation services, and technology.  The AJS methodology begins by gathering information from the enterprise team documenting business requirements.  Based on business requirements, AJS develops the request for proposal, assists in initial provider selection, manages the RFP process, and performs analysis required to assist management in the selection of the right business partner.
